Thanks for the suggestion... But I try to stick to what my therapist says cuz its hard for me to judge what's truly good for me. And my therapist said I should get straight back on track and eat 100%. Which (I am proud to say) so far I have

I ate lying down cuz sitting up was too painful. But the main point is that I ate! And that is great
