I often feel the same. I sleep a lot, then I get mad at myself for missing out on life. I often cant keep social commitments because leaving the house is hard.
I started seeing a counselor again, if you can find one that you feel comfortable with (been through many) that is a bonus. The same method does not work for everyone.
Does anyone have troubles at work? Lately I cant focus, the negative is over powering there too. sometimes works is a good distraction to keep my brain busy.
