Hi I'm Elizabeth I'm 33 and I'm bipolar manic-depression. I don't have a lot of ups unfortunately mostly downs. I'm a rapid cycler who mostly struggles with major depression. I have an episode almost every week these days. And I'm obviously not on the right cocktail of meds or I think I'd have less down days. I've been unable to hold down a real job in 7 years. I also have add. But that's nothing compared to what I go through with bipolar. I hope to meet some people with common grounds. Ty
