
Day 3 of daily exercise. Walked for about 50 mins. Got caught in the rain and came home drenched but still enjoyed it. After 5 months of inactivity and lying on the couch I am trying ! As I also can't fit into my clothes from last summer , I have to concentrate on healthier eating.
Self care managed to increase drinking water today but It was 38. C I still need to drink more though as I sweating a lot.
