Missed another workout, yesterday. I felt too tired in the evening, and I guess I just didn't feel up to it during the day. Will definitely workout today, but this is getting to be a problem. On the bright side, I'm still eating a caloric deficit and still eating healthily (if you ignore the treats ) so, in theory, I should still lose weight even without a continuous, strict regime of exercise.
