Hello ShantheArtist23: Well, I can't say I'm like you. I'm old & male. But I have struggled with anxiety my entire life & have suffered with many different ailments as a result.
Unbridled anxiety can reek havoc with your body. I would say that it is certainly possible for it to be the cause of any & / or all of the symptoms you've listed in your post. However, it is also possible that there could be something going on physically such as an autoimmune condition.
So before your symptoms are chalked up to mental illness, I would think it would be important to get thoroughly checked out by a medical doctor, perhaps some sort of specialist, not just your garden variety GP. Then, if you come out with a clean bill of health, perhaps you have to accept the fact that all of these symptoms are the result of mental health struggles: depression, anxiety, OCD, etc. Then you will need to seek treatment for these conditions.
The thing is, you are either going to have to be your own advocate in this, or you'll need to have someone (a parent, older sibling, close friend, or other) act as your advocate. You already understand that you cannot & do not want to go on living indefinitely the way you are now. So I would like to encourage you to see if you can find a way to begin to address these issues. Even just beginning to feel like you are finally starting to move forward may help to make you feel at least a little bit better. My best wishes to you.
