Give it a try, my friend. You have nothing to loose and a lot to gain. Keep in mind that your therapist won't be able to do much if you don't tell him exactly how you feel. I learned that when it comes to guilt and shame, it doesn't always matter how you feel towards someone in particular, but when you need to apologize. It's how you feel about yourself and that is a subject we always tend to avoid. We lie to ourselves because we don't want to accept that we are not the perfect mask we put on everyday to fit in.

Feel free to use this thread to find support and help whenever you need it. If we support each other, we will accomplish so much more than having to deal with this in our own.
