Why are you taking the Remeron with the Effexor? If you have a bipolar spectrum disorder, the rule of thumb is to take the lowest possible dose of antidepressants to keep mood cycling at bay. It is not common to combine antidepressants from 2 different drug classes. I take 150mg of Effexor and 150mg of wellbutrin in conjunction with Lamictal for my soft bipolar.
