There is nothing worse than going to work with a co worker who has a beady eye on us.
We are human.
We make mistakes.
We should be allowed to move on without someone else shoving it in our face.
Sincerely, I don't believe the mistakes you've made are that detrimental.
But your coworker is causing you distress.
I'm wondering where the middle ground is. Where she's not allowed to push you around but you learn to have a voice. A line you can say to her when she passes judgement about your work without being aggressive (you're the least aggressive person I've heard of). But just something to silence her.
