That's an interesting angle. I took one session of an easy yoga class for older people, but it was a bit too complicated for me. I stretch every day for 30 minutes, because this makes my back and neck hurt less. Once in a blue moon, I try to meditate.
I'm just an uncoordinated, middle-aged bumpkin. I try to take care of my body, but I have my limits.
