She was very blunt through the whole session- with my not eating, infidelity, then at the end she sat me down again and said 'I have to be blunt once more, I am getting a message. Are you a cutter?' She said, and I said yes. And she told me she sees it on my legs and sides, then she said you are going to put hat knife away. She said it doesn't mean you won't think about it, you will even keep it, but you will no longer use it.

I truly feel this too.
