Hi amayastar, just like kaliope said I'd say it is important that you're honest with your T.
And you know, any experienced T should know it often isn't anywhere near as simple as you saying to yourself "I shouldn't", it can be a real uphill journey. They should understand that.
And there's no timescale or schedule on when you "should" be able to "manage without it"/when the urges "should" be bearable...........it's not a matter of x months or x amount of sessions...........as long as it takes, the main thing is you're working on it with your T and honesty matters in that.
It isn't a failure if you've slipped, it can more so mean that you and they aren't quite there on the coping strategies, or in dealing with any underlying issues yet............so they need to know that to support you better with them.

But I'm real sorry you've had such a bad week, I completely understand it can be so hard. Still in you wanting/trying to stop it can make a massive difference in itself...........I know it might not work all the time but...........It can sometimes be as much about doing the best you can do, and you know we're here to support you in that as well.
