I may not ever be comfortable in therapy or feel close enough or trust her enough.
For me I had to work around to the idea, over a long time period, thinking "I need it but I don't want it." I finally decided I was tired of living this way, and examining myself and getting to the root of my issues was going to hurt but I was ready for it.
I had to get comfortable in my own mind before I even contemplated actually seeing someone.
