Wow wee, that's SURE some kinda cold!! I'd never survive those low temps!! I'm from London UK and the whole country comes to a standstill when we have a little snow flurry, which is normally Feb or March. Many years we don't get any snow at all, but the frosts are something else!! Plus I always feel like raiding the food cupboards when I'm cold. XXX
