Can someone with experience opine on this please; If you started and took your September 2014 disbursement, which is part of the 2014-15 award, can you transfer and resume your remaining award at another community college and if not, why not, it says you are entitled to use your entire pell & stafford award, right, why do I get confusing (foggy, gray) answers when I ask this question, some schools say yes, some say no, who knows for sure, what is the big deal here?
