I know this isn't ideal, but can you wear some noise cancelling headphones, at least (especially) when you have the migraine?
I'm so sorry you have to deal with that. I know how terribly annoying it is to have to deal with bass and I can't imagine doing it day in and day out. I hope you get some relief soon.
