Can you elaborate on what medications you are on and whether or not you see a T?
I can hear that you are not in a good place right now.
So I don't think medication alone would help you.
It would need complimentary treatment with a trained T who can help you manage these stressful emotions.
Try do one thing a day for yourself. It can be anything. And try do it even if you don't feel like doing it.
A walk. A hot bath. Listening to music. Going for a relaxing massage. Reading a magazine. Keep the spirit that is inside you alive.
