I'm sorry to read that you're not in a good place right now.
Studying can be challenging.
And even more challenging when we are not motivated.
The best advice I can give you is to get into autopilot mode. Don't wait for the motivation to occur. It might never. So you need to move to plan b.
Set up a daily schedule. Prioritise. And just do what needs to be done. Put emotions aside for the time being. They're only getting in the way and they are affecting your grades.
Top athletes wake up some days and they really don't have the motivation to train. But they've developed autopilot routine and they just do it.
