Just............whether the diagnosis's were official or not, you don't need official (any!!) diagnosis's to need help, the symptoms/feelings/thoughts kind of speak for themselves
And of course your G.P/pediatrician has suggested that anyway.
And I've so got to commend you on wanting/wanting to reach out for help, takes real strength to admit/say you need help!!!!
It is a really good idea to find a way to contact your G.P/pediatrician if you can (you may even find a phone number online) as they seem to understand, and to be taking things seriously.
And as for helplines- for out of hours- you might find one that works for you in one of these links:
Suicide Hotlines - Suicide.org! Suicide Hotlines - Suicide.org! Suicide Hotlines - Suicide.org!
https://www.dosomething.org/about/hotline-list
American Hotlines and Helplines for Kids and Teens - USA - A Service of the Kids in Trouble Help Page
Teen Health and Wellness
Sorry if some of the numbers overlap, but as well as giving you support they may also be able to help with advising on finding a T under the circumstances.
And you know if the first one.......two........three.........aren't that helpful anyway, you keep on trying, OK???!!!!
Different people can find different helplines suit them more, can depend on the individual.
Just don't forget you're worth, and you deserve real help with what you're going through!!!!
And don't forget, we're here for you too!!!!

Thank you for the reply
The only way to contact my pediatrician would be by calling the main office and probably having to talk to a nurse. I am extremely nervous. Also, would it be strange if I asked her to not tell my parents about this appointment or is that a normal thing to do?
Thanks a lot for the help
