Shaymus - If there is no way that you can ask the pharmacist to fill your prescription two days early, then you will have to take one tablet a day, until you can pick up your refill of Lexapro™ (escitalopram).

Watch for signs and symptoms of serotonergic withdrawl syndrome: flu-like symptoms, lightheadedness, nausea, headache, jitteriness, etc.
