That seems harsh! A lot of people have sleep-problems, don't get too worried.
I am an over-sleeper; I just don't want to get out of bed. Then I'll be sad that I slept so long. So I should just get up when I need to!
Having problems sleeping can be a lot of things; sometimes music can help - it drones out the thoughts that your mind can't seem to stop processing.
Sometimes it takes a Doctor; they might be able to prescribe something.
I have often thought my phone number over and over again to "hypnotize" myself to sleep.
