sorry only just read your post, i was wondering if you have out of hours service numbers that you could ring, i know our mental health service isnt very good but there are people manning phones ready to listen if this is what you want, Samaritans run a phone service and also the mental health service also have phone lines, ask you gp for the numbers, i used this service back in 05 when things became desperate they are there to listen and not judge
