It's quite therapeutic, because now it's like I'm not living in the past, and I know I CAN and WILL lose more body-fat and get bigger. Not gonna lie, I'm proud of myself... I got myself out of a very ugly rut. Also, for what little BMI matters, I'm not "obese" anymore, and only just "overweight".
My BMI is something like 26.3, according to the NHS website, 'though my "activity" is innacurate, as I workout 4 times a week quite intensively, outside of that, I occasionally use my pullup bar or do some other random exercise, walk almost everywhere, BUT still am sedetary a lot of the time because I'm on the computer. According to the website, I can get away with 185lbs as within the "healthy range".

Wow! I bet you feel totally different from when you got into the rut. Thanks for showing me that it can be done. It is possible to change. Did you ever get discouraged and were afraid that you would give up or were you pretty sure you would keep at it and succeed?
