Exercise is the ultimate cure for me, but it is hard to have the motivation for exercise if I get too depressed. Sometimes if I fap, then the next day I feel more motivation to exercise and then I can break-out of the depression again. My sex life is nothing to write home about LOL, but it seems to help with depression sometimes. The headaches make me too afraid to fap, and depression is harder to manage now.

BTW Just wanted to add, that my fapping sessions probably are too long in duration. I am somewhat of a sex addict. Moderation would help. I try to be moderate, but often I fail. It is like an alcoholic trying to drink moderately I imagine.
I cannot drink plain water unless I have walked a 5K and am exhausted. So I drink mineral water. Sometimes I mix in a bit of juice - 1:6 or 1:8 even. It tastes good without adding much sugar. Mineral water is not an electrolyte drink, but still, it is as good at hydrating you as plain drinking water if not better.

I am glad this topic came up. Dehydration is a MAJOR source of headaches. I do not think you will fix the issue with fapping until you fix the issue with hydration. Try different things - vitamin water, smart water, coconut water, mineral water, and all of the above with flavorings, tea, coffee in moderation, etc. There is no point in talking about headaches if you are not properly hydrated most of the time. When you fix this problem, you might want to try drinking tea (several cups) before fapping to see if it works. But still, dehydration and skipping meals and sometimes uneven caffeine levels in the blood are major major triggers of headaches.
