I wouldn't pay for being judge:
A. I can do it myself (kind of a expert on that one)
B. Even if I couldn't, many/most ppl would do that for free.
It's just not her job to judge, even if she thinks you're heading for a disaster.
I'd talk to her about it but tbh I'd probably terminate either way- chances are she'll do that again any time your behaviour wont meet her standards.
