It doesn't actually look all that bad, at the moment, (as i avoid almost everything to keep it under control
) but it's mostly on my face
and my allergies seem worse than ever
I've been prescribed steroids
and then a different newer cream which also has very scary possible side effects

And with the rash being back..........well I hope you can find some help with that.........but despite the way it looks, despite the physical and emotional "discomfort", you are still more than that. SO much more than that!!!!
