I sit at my computer for most of the work day so every time I need to get up I will stretch and that relaxes me a bit. I do a lot of deep breathing which helps but only for a little while before my anxiety rises again. I also have a "worry stone" that I play with & two tiny stuffed animals that I touch because they are super soft.
