I don't know what it could be but I can say I had a bad dream last night where my brother as assessed by some sort of psych doctor and told us he was a high risk of slitting his own throat.... So I ran around trying to find him to keep him safe... Very scary dream indeed! I typically don't have these types of dreams but lately I've been suffering depression and anxiety and I notice they do affect my dreams in that they are a bit more scary and dark. I guess it's possible it's anxiety... Although I agree with you antidepressants make things worse so if the dreams are tolerable and do not interfere with your life then I wouldn't worry to much... Just my opinion. I'm not a doctor.
