Thanks for your post. The only reason my doctor thinks it could be Bipolar it because, the 'good mood' wasn't normal for me, because i have 'normal' days and i can compare to before i had depression, and i've never experienced anything like it before, it scared me. I am not diagnosing myself, just wanting to understand I will find out once i've been assessed in a few weeks.
