I was on Paxil for a while, a long time ago. I was also on Prozac for a while around the same time. Neither one seemed to do much for me. (They did give a dry mouth as I recall.) But then, none of the antidepressants I've been on have really been of much help. I've been on Cymbalta for the past 2 years now. It's not great. But, for me, it's been about the best of the lot.
