With a couple things I ended up determining I had them before an actual diagnoses, that would be the PTSD and autism spectrum disorder...but it wasn't after just one bit of info I actually looked into those quite a bit to determine that. I also have depression and Generalized Anxiety and was diagnosed with those before I had a grasp on what it really meant.
