thats maybe the first time ive been mad all day. i told myself when i woke up i wasnt going to be mad today and i wasnt but maybe the haldol from yesterday helped idk...
anyway i just should prob just get used to this therapist. i like her a bit more than i did before but still a bit iffy about her.
