Do you see a therapist? There could be other underlying issues. I can't maintain a job for the life of me, it seems. The thought of applying for another job drives me in panic mode. I was told by a physician assistant a few years ago that I could have ADD and/or Bipolar disorder on top of my anxiety/depression. I am never on time for things I constantly procrastinate and avoid things that need to be done(which I'm also doing now)

So therapy could be a start to the underlying problems,then the steps to cope and become better.
