Hi,
Since a couple of years my sleep gets worse. Normally I go to sleep at around 23:00, sometimes earlier. I have to get up at 7:00. First it started when waking up at around 6, then 5, 4, 3 etc. and I can't sleep for a couple of hours. Now it is even worse, I still fall asleep quite easily but sometimes I wake up after already 45 minutes, while during those 45 minutes I was deeply asleep. I try to skip medication some days and sometimes it's fine but last night again this pattern. Ultimately I took a seroquel 25mg at 1:00 am which knocks me out fast and easy. Last year I also tried neurofeedback for sleep and concentration, but it didnt seem to help (38 sessions).
