From what you say, it sounds like its your neighbours that have the problem, NOT you. I would say that you having moved many times, have been incredibly unlucky. Without meaning to sound snobby, is your neigbourhood a nice one with nice people in it?

Sometimes there are people that I have come across in life, that I just cannot live next to. They will never have any consideration for other people regarding noise and in that situation I have just made a clean break of it.
