I can't say that this ever happened with me. All any psych med's I've taken have done is to make me even more sleepy than I would have been anyway. If I were to be one of the seven dwarfs, I'd probably have to be Sleepy. Otherwise, I'm pretty-much just the same person I always am... not that this is anything to get all excited about!
