I often feel the same way you do. I don't want to "bother" people or want to ask questions. Some of it comes from my parents growing up and I heard those word from them. Like, don't call anyone one after a certain time in the evening or you will be bothering them. It's funny how those things stick with us.
I agree with Jelly-Bean and it may be a self esteem issue. It is for me. I still sometimes feel inferior to other people. This too comes from things my parents said when I was growing up. I basically felt like I was lower class and everybody else was better than me.
Then when I hit my teen years it was terrible at school and wanting to fit in. My feeling of inferiority became even worse.
Now that I am older it does not brother me as much but it's still there. I suggest finding a good counselor.
