Sounds like the type of thing you can discuss with your Pdoc and Therapist. Let your partner know you are concerned and wanting to do something about it as well. Most meds will have a sedating effect, but that does not necessarily mean a lower sex drive. Feeling better about yourself, feeling better about your body, that would increase anyone's libido. So there is a good chance the good that comes from feeling better will more than offset any effect medication will have.

You also have the option of Testosterone injections or similar from your GP, and it would be worthwhile having them checked at your next doctors appointment.
