I couldn't find much else on meditation and depression. Just the John Hopkins one. I think it has been studies a lot but not directly for depression and anxiety.

Here is an article that talks about it and exercise. Cardio exercise is so hard when you are depressed and can't get out of bed.

I believe there have been a number on brain imaging and meditation not specific for depression. Here is one that talks about the amygdala. The amygdala is for sure possibly implicated in depression other studies show.
