Sorry things are so hard sweepy, you have been working so incredibly hard in therapy lately which is amazing! I hate all of the sudden emotions that come up sometimes too.

What do you do, or could you do, to feel safer right now? Do you have any breathing techniques that help? What strategies have you worked on that work?

I hope it eases up a bit and feel a little more balanced soon.
