I try to pick what is bothering me the most and say just a little to "test the waters". I feel like there aren't parts to my work - we are all over the place depending on what issues are affecting me. I think you just have to make the decision you are going to tell her ____ and go with it maybe even telling her upfront that there's somethign you are going to try to tell her.
