I can relate. I have a foot-stomping bratty teenager inside that shows herself every now and then with t. She's gotten so good at recognizing her, she picks up on it before I do now. And I don't even see her in person anymore, we just talk on the phone, and she'll say "I am picturing you stomping your feet right about now" before I even do!!!
