Artchic, sleep is the ultimate healer. A good nite's rest is very soothing. Usually a warm shower and some soft music and some warm covers and I am going off to sleep.
I guess some people in the forum are complaining in a less than tactful way requesting more time for themselves.
Do you have a t that you can get their undivided attention?
There is also a bipolar chat but everyone gets a chance to share. Much of what I learned there was from listening.
I know there are times we all just feel blah, but see if a good nite's sleep helps.
