I would love nothing more than to fall into a deep relaxing sleep...I'll try it...but I don't hold out much promise it'll happen seeing that I'm wide awake....and can barely breathe out of my nose due to my cold.....

I just...you know...thought this time things would be different....that people would be more understanding here at Psych Central. Never will I get my hopes up again. I am not going to see them get dashed, and feel the utter misery as I cry and feel generally hopeless.....

One too many times they have been dashed.....one too many times....never again.
