I am sorry that you're feeling hopeless right now. I can relate with the core issue that you are struggling with... low self-worth. That is a really tough issue to fight. There aren't any quick (or even reasonably quick) fixes. It takes time, effort, accomplishments, as well as support from others.

Getting into this state of mind does not happen overnight ~ and neither does repair. Instead, we have to put up little band-aids to get us through the moment. Yes, I DO mean moment. We have to take our lives moment by moment, what's happening now. Not last week, 10 years ago, or what will happen. No. We need to focus on now to get us through. Why? Because if we cannot get through this very moment without losing it, then we really do need to go in for help.

Go in= call 911, and have them pick you up to take you to the hospital. It isn't fun or easy, but I have had to do that before. That is why I say that you need to focus on right now if this all boils down to low self-esteem. Watch a sitcom or funny movie, and then try to get some sleep. Drink some peppermint hot tea, with lemon and honey (if you've got it). That helps open the nasal passages, to make breathing easier. Even if it doesn't work, you're going to need sleep sooner or later. Vicks Vapo-Rub helps a lot too (any menthol body cream/lotion), spread it on your chest & neck.

I've got to get to sleep myself, so I'd better go. Just wanted you to know that I can understand low self-worth. I hope that you are able to get some sleep soon and feel a little better as well. Remember to stay in this moment. Okay?
