I look at her, away at the floor or room, gesture with hands to make a point, back at her (eye contact is a bit of a problem for me), agree/disagree/suggest alternative view, for 50 mins of non-stop talking. @£45 per session I am not going to waste a minute, prepare thoroughly, don't hold back - we go at a fair old lick.
