lol im not sure. i know theres a textbook that goes with it. but the instructor said its free online. and i notice he added some assignments on the calender. one of them is writing about my favorite exercise or physical activity. and then theres some labs. im thinking ill have to do the textbook half the time and then prob do some in-home workouts and write about them.

like i said if i cant pass this first class i cant pass ANYTHING.
