I don't know many people who dread the summer compared to winter. I myself live in Canada - so we have what I would call harsh winters and summers. (-30 celcius in the winter and +30 celcius in the summer).
I'd have to agree with Dancing Lady about the summer heat being an issue. That to me is the one thing I hate about summer. I appreciate the winter months because things seem to slow down and people relax indoors much more. That to me can be cozy and inviting and make me feel like less of a loser when I know the majority of people are watching movies and such...
My favorite times of year as spring and fall. Both are full of life, smells and colors. It's just a beautiful stage of change in the world. I find I am at my happiest during those times...
What is it about the winter that you like? Can you pinpoint what it is? I'm curious what makes you appreciate winter months more.

Hi Hd7970ghz. I think we are suposed to be "happy "when the sun is shining and I dont feel that way most of the time. I think we are indoors a lot more and I like that. I think people expect more of you when the days are longer.
