I would think this dreams would symbolize how vulnerable you feel in therapy. How we are expected to open up our insides and spill out everything to our Ts and they get to sit there are nice and secure. Did your T give you any of her own insight on your dream?
If I ever get the guts to tell my T about my dream and she responds by asking what it meant to me I would flip on her.
