I understand. I recently was hospitalized and during that time I finally talked about my not eating. I just talked about my anxiety over my weight and that I was having anxiety about eating. It didn't take long before they were asking my a lot of questions. Then I just had to answer their questions about it. I would just say something like "I think I may have an eating disorder". The doctor and therapist will probably take it from there and ask you questions about why you think that. Hopefully, they can help you make a plan to overcome it. It's not easy but it can be done.

Good luck
